6.5 SILOSYNC provides file transfer services through its platform, but we are not liable for any loss or damage of files during the transfer process. While we strive to maintain the security and integrity of our systems, factors beyond our control, such as network failures or data breaches, may occur. Users are responsible for backing up their files and ensuring their security prior to transferring them through our platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that SILOSYNC is not liable for any loss or damage to your files.

 

7. Relationship with Frame.io

SILOSYNC is an independent third-party development team providing services distinct from Frame.io, an Adobe owned company. SILOSYNC is not a partner, affiliate, or agent of Frame.io. Any mention of Frame.io or Adobe within our services is solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility or integration capabilities. SILOSYNC does not claim any endorsement or partnership with Frame.io or Adobe.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, any rights or obligations will cease to exist.
